Responsibilities
Develop and agree on operational plans to meet the needs of the Operating Entity
Lead assigned projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Represent the department in internal project groups and working parties
Provide relevant management information and reporting to senior leadership
Monitor and ensure all IBA KPIs remain on track to meet agreed targets
Manage both onshore and offshore IBA teams servicing the Operating Entity
Oversee team performance, ensuring clear objectives and service level targets are met
Collaborate with Central IBA teams to maintain alignment with Group process standards
Identify operational requirements for new/existing processes and ensure appropriate training
Coordinate team and business unit meetings as needed
Ensure timely and accurate execution of cash matching, payment processing, and technical transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on company systems
Reconcile accounts with markets and clients when required
Produce financial and KPI progress reports for Operating Entity and Group stakeholders
Address account queries promptly and in line with service standards
Stay informed of regulatory and legal changes impacting the role
Respond effectively to urgent issues as they arise
Review and update IBA operating procedures as necessary
Interpret instructions and implement actions in accordance with policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as an escalation point
Respond to business requirements with agility and professionalism
Uphold ethical standards in all client interactions
Share relevant information that benefits the Operating Entity and Group
Manage the performance and development of direct reports
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in financial operations, ideally within an IBA or similar environment
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
Deep understanding of financial systems, reconciliation processes, and ledger management
Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices
Adaptability to regulatory changes and evolving business needs
Proficiency in producing and analyzing financial and KPI reports
A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
