Responsibilities
Provide full pre and post-contract cost management services
Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and financial reports
Manage procurement, contractor bid analysis, and change control
Act as a client-facing commercial lead, ensuring cost certainty and value throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working within an Owner's Representative, consultancy, or cost management environment
Self-motivated with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial, analytical, and communication abilities
Preferred
Background delivering commercial interiors and hospitality-led projects preferred
