Responsibilities
This position will work with federal grants and federal pass-through grants
Prepare and analyze fiscal information for the Division management
Prepare monthly/quarterly budget and expenditure reports
Work on assigned tasks related to the new State of Missouri Accounting system
Coordinate special projects and tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Accounting, Public or Business Administration, or a closely related field is required
Previous experience with Excel, Word, Access, and Adobe is required
Preferred
Previous experience with Federal Grants is preferred
Previous experience with SAM II financial and Mo Buys is preferred
