Responsibilities
Manage timelines and ensure accuracy of all staffing-related deliverables
Support event leads in building, maintaining, and updating the tool (RainFocus)
Track and report on key metrics aligned with the Employee Engagement Center of Excellence KPIs
Perform audits and reporting to monitor staffing compliance and data accuracy
Maintain and manage large datasets related to event staffing and employee engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure staffing needs and deliverables are met
Travel onsite to support event execution as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in event registration, event staffing, content management, project management, or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including: Complex formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs (or equivalent functions), Managing large datasets
Exceptional attention to detail, especially for audits, reporting, and database management
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and last-minute updates
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage up on tasks
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
Preferred
Experience with RainFocus or similar event management platforms
Tableau or advanced data visualization experience
Previous experience supporting event registration, staffing, or housing for large-scale events
Experience working in highly cross-functional teams
Familiarity with G Suite and Slack
