Qualification
Required
Prior experience in scaffold and work access sales, particularly labor-based contracts
Hands-on experience estimating scaffold and work access projects, including materials, labor hours, and logistics
Field engagement
Customer relationship management
Disciplined pipeline tracking to support contract execution, change management, and revenue growth
