Senior LevelFyxer is building its US go-to-market team and is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead the hiring and scaling of its US Sales and GTM organization. This role involves working closely with leadership to define team structure and hiring priorities as the company expands from early-stage traction to its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities
Own US GTM hiring: Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, including AEs, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers, as the team grows from ~10 to 50+ people
Partner with GTM leadership: Work closely with sales leaders to define profiles, align on hiring priorities, and maintain a high-quality pipeline
Proactive sourcing: Identify and engage experienced GTM talent through direct outreach and relationship-building, not just inbound applicants
Candidate experience & onboarding: Ensure a consistent, respectful candidate journey and support effective onboarding as the team scales
Process & tooling: Use data and AI-enabled tools to keep hiring efficient, organized, and transparent
Qualification
Required
You've hired sales and GTM teams in Series B+ AI companies and understand what good looks like at different growth stages
You're comfortable hiring at pace and managing multiple searches without sacrificing quality
You know how to operate independently, set benchmarks, and close candidates in competitive US markets
You care about how teams come together, how new hires are supported, and how culture evolves during growth
You're used to fast-moving environments and understand the demands of scaling quickly
