Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR platforms
Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports that support daily operations across the business
Support HR workflows and contribute ideas for process improvements
Process vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Provide administrative support across all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR platforms
Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports that support daily operations across the business
Support HR workflows and contribute ideas for process improvements
Process vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for interpreting data
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset
Enthusiastic adopter of AI with the curiosity and know‑how to explore new tools and apply them effectively
Adaptability and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and grow
