Responsibilities
Collaborate with GRE professionals on projects that impact Eaton’s real estate portfolio, including site selection, lease analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, and workplace transformation initiatives
Support financial modeling, market research, and data management for real estate transactions and strategic projects
Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Legal, Tax, Risk, EHS, and external brokers, to ensure compliance with Eaton’s real estate policies and standards
Gain exposure to transaction management, construction project oversight, and portfolio analytics, contributing to GRE’s vision of creating a dynamic, resilient, and efficient workplace
Participate in meetings and strategy sessions with senior leaders, learning how real estate decisions support Eaton’s enterprise objectives
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (do not round)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Candidate must be located within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH
Preferred
Coursework or minor in Real Estate, Business Analytics, or related discipline
Demonstrated leadership experience in campus or community settings
Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
Strong motivation to achieve results, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
