Training Coordinator

Biblical Leadership for Excellence (BLE) is a non-profit organization that helps individuals experience God’s greater purpose in their work. They are seeking a Training Coordinator who will work directly with the International Training Director to promote the mission and vision of BLE, focusing on course materials, leader training, and communications.

Religious Institutions

Responsibilities

Keep inventory and have course materials ready for new courses
Disburse course materials for online courses or inquiries
Update Course materials as needed
Assists Training Director in preparation for training sessions
Assists Training Director in planning the studies schedule and leader training schedule
Assists Training Director in video production
Assists group leaders with group communications

Qualification

Organizational skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsCollaboration tools proficiencyChurch structures

Required

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff & volunteers
Good understanding of church structures and relations
Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (Word, Xcel, google, etc.)
