Responsibilities

Own US GTM hiring: Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, including AEs, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers, as the team grows from ~10 to 50+ people
Partner with GTM leadership: Work closely with sales leaders to define profiles, align on hiring priorities, and maintain a high-quality pipeline
Proactive sourcing: Identify and engage experienced GTM talent through direct outreach and relationship-building, not just inbound applicants
Candidate experience & onboarding: Ensure a consistent, respectful candidate journey and support effective onboarding as the team scales
Process & tooling: Use data and AI-enabled tools to keep hiring efficient, organized, and transparent

Required

Experience hiring sales and GTM teams in Series B+ AI companies
Ability to lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, including AEs, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers
Experience working closely with sales leaders to define profiles and align on hiring priorities
Proven ability to proactively source and engage experienced GTM talent through direct outreach
Commitment to ensuring a consistent and respectful candidate journey
Experience supporting effective onboarding as the team scales
Ability to use data and AI-enabled tools to keep hiring efficient, organized, and transparent
Comfortable hiring at pace and managing multiple searches without sacrificing quality
Ability to operate independently, set benchmarks, and close candidates in competitive US markets
Strong focus on how teams come together and how culture evolves during growth
Experience in fast-moving environments and understanding the demands of scaling quickly
