Front Office Receptionist
CHS Payroll is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist / Office Support professional to be the first point of contact in their Brooklyn office. The role involves managing front desk operations, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with filing, data entry, and general office organization
Support day-to-day administrative needs across the office
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a professional office setting
Preferred
Prior receptionist or office support experience
