Responsibilities
Develop and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, etc
Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Team Borham's goals and objectives
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the team's online presence
Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor social media channels for industry-related conversations and engage with followers to build relationships
Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns
Provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to optimize future strategies
Work closely with team members, including real estate agents, to coordinate and align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives
Collaborate with external partners and influencers to expand reach and visibility
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Familiarity with real estate industry trends is a plus
