This individual will be responsible for proactively monitoring the data center and communication networks, managing tickets, and solving issues for internal customers while escalating tickets as needed.

Tickets will be resolved according to Standard Operating Procedures
Developing and maintaining new NOC policies and tools

Required

Strong understanding of IT components for network monitoring
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Excellent communication
Exposure to Control-M, JAMS, & ServiceNow
