Responsibilities

Manage month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting
Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure all entries comply with accounting standards
Conduct thorough account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
Prepare and review financial statements to support audits and compliance requirements
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
Create detailed cash flow analyses to support financial planning
Provide insights and recommendations to improve reporting and operational performance
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Support the implementation of best practices within the accounting team
