The role involves developing new immunotherapy regimens, performing experiments, analyzing data, and publishing research findings.

Responsibilities

Perform Experiments
Plans, performs experiments and clearly documents experimental procedures and results
Performs routine immunology techniques, including high dimensional flow cytometry analysis, histology and immunohistochemistry staining, microscopic image acquisition and analysis
Analyzes and interprets experimental data
Takes initiative to troubleshoot technical issues, modifies and improves existing protocol, and develops new protocols to meet the needs of new research projects
Assists the PI with new lab member orientation, student training and instructions of basic laboratory operation
Summarizes research findings and publishes results in research journals
Participates in the journal clubs, research in progress seminars and career development trainings
Perform all other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Ph. D from an accredited college or university
Knowledge and skills in the field of Immunology and molecular biology, preferably in the context of tumor immunology and immunotherapy

Preferred

Experience in cellular immunology and molecular biology, including skills in high-dimensional flow cytometry and advanced data analysis is desired
