Responsibilities
Leverage deep legal domain expertise to identify, engage, and assess high-quality legal professionals for a variety of roles
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining strong prioritization and execution standards
Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and an excellent candidate experience
Track recruiting metrics and apply data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and decision-making
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams across written and verbal channels
Champion process improvement initiatives that support scale, speed, and long-term recruitment effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Strong background in the legal domain, such as lawyer, attorney, paralegal, or legal specialist
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a high degree of clarity and professionalism
Proven project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Data-driven mindset with experience improving workflows or operational processes
High ownership mentality with resilience, urgency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
