Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy
MarketCraft is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy to join their growing team and work directly with MedTech clients. The role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and strategic engagements while collaborating with content and strategy leads.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain day-to-day client relationships
Lead and participate in client calls, providing clear updates and thoughtful input
Partner with the Digital Content Lead to coordinate content development and execution
Bring in a Strategy Lead for support / value-add when identified
Track timelines, deadlines, and next steps across active client engagements
Proactively identify opportunities to extend or strengthen client work
Ensure work aligns with each client’s goals and overall strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a professional services or agency environment is a must
Experience in the healthcare or MedTech industry is ideal
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams
Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate on narrative and positioning
Familiarity with LinkedIn and X (practical experience not required as the Digital Content Lead will own this)
Comfortable taking ownership, moving quickly, and operating with a high standard of craft
Comfortable working in a contractor-based engagement model
