Responsibilities
Lead and manage corporate and tax matters for private clients
Draft and negotiate documents related to business transactions (e.g., M&A, sales, purchase agreements, partnership agreements)
Collaborate directly with senior partners and clients on complex structuring and transactional issues
Contribute to matters originated by the Corporate & Tax Team
Meet a billable target of 1,800+ hours annually
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school; active California Bar membership
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate law or business transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
Preferred
Experience with private client services or tax matters is a plus
