Responsibilities
Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls
Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
Qualification
Required

Sales and estimating experience with a hunger to control your earning potential
At least 3+ years of progressive experience and at least 1 year in residential electrical
Experience leading your own jobs or service calls
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check
A valid driver's license and must be insurable
Preferred
Journeyman License is preferred and required for sign-on bonus qualifications
