Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff

Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goals
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Mentor and support team leaders in coaching staff
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in training programs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Director of Training or in a senior training role in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop training content that is engaging and effective
Experience with performance management and employee development strategies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using training software and learning management systems
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
