Responsibilities
Process garnishment orders, including wage attachments, bank levies, and other court-ordered financial obligations
Interact with creditors, attorneys, and employees to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and report on garnishment activities to meet regulatory requirements
Collaborate with payroll and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate garnishment withholdings
Stay updated with changes in garnishment laws and regulations, and implement process improvements to ensure ongoing compliance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in accounting and payroll processes
Experience with garnishments
Strong Excel skills
Preferred
Experience with VistaView Point
Familiarity with UKG systems
