Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business owners to identify and qualify funding needs
Present and explain Merchant Cash Advance and Line of Capital solutions
Handle objections and control the sales conversation
Manage opportunities from initial contact through funding
Maintain follow-ups and an organized sales pipeline
Work closely with leadership to improve performance and conversion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outbound phone sales or cold-calling environments
Strong ability to qualify prospects and move conversations toward a close
Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
Clear, confident communication skills and professional phone presence
Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable with strong follow-through
Prior cold-calling or phone-based sales experience is required
Preferred
Experience in business funding, MCA, commercial lending, mortgages, insurance, or B2B inside sales is a strong plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and power or predictive dialers preferred
