Regional Sales Manager
Riverside Technical Sales is a Manufacturer’s Rep seeking motivated and technically capable sales professionals to represent world-class manufacturers of automation and electrical products. The role involves consultative technical selling and relationship-driven account management, focusing on developing solutions that enhance productivity and safety.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales territory, driving growth through new business development and existing account expansion
Identify and pursue new applications in automation, motion control, electrical, safety, and power products from multiple manufacturers
Serve as a technical resource for customers, assisting with product selection, application support, and system concepts
Call on OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, maintenance, and engineering teams
Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
Work closely with inside sales, manufacturers, and engineering support teams to develop solutions and quotations
Identify and pursue new applications and market opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
Attend trade shows, training sessions, and manufacturer meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Motivated and technically capable sales professional
Experience in consultative technical selling
Experience in relationship-driven account management
Ability to develop and manage a sales territory
Experience in new business development and existing account expansion
Ability to identify and pursue new applications in automation, motion control, electrical, safety, and power products
Ability to serve as a technical resource for customers
Experience assisting with product selection, application support, and system concepts
Ability to call on OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, maintenance, and engineering teams
