ICP/Chem Technician/Manager
A1 Lithium, a division of Anson Resources, is focused on developing its flagship Green River Lithium Project in Utah. The role involves overseeing chemical testing and analytical processes, managing an ICP instrument, and ensuring safety protocols in the laboratory environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee and execute chemical testing and analytical processes
Manage an Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) instrument
Prepare accurate chemical reports
Maintain laboratory equipment and processes
Chemical testing of lithium and bromine brines
Quality assurance processes
Ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to in the laboratory environment
Collaboration with the research and development team to optimize laboratory operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in ICP analysis, laboratory testing, and operation of analytical instruments
Strong understanding of chemistry, with experience in preparing chemical samples and conducting rigorous testing
Quality control expertise, including maintaining equipment, calibrating instruments, and ensuring lab safety protocols
Project and resource management skills, with experience in supervising teams or managing laboratory operations being a plus
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field is preferred
Professional experience in the lithium, bromine, or chemical processing industries is advantageous
