Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and products
Guide customers to informed choices that maximize their comfort and meet their needs
Build strong customer relationships
Complete all general electrical in-home service calls
Get electrical systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions
Meet (or exceed) goals with expert service
Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business
Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried
Flex Hours: Mon-Thur, Sun-Wed, etc
Qualification
Required
Electrical license
Customer service skills
Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing electrical systems and products
Clean driving record
Proven track record in electrical techniques, including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams
Licensed and savvy with local electrical codes turning on-the-job know-how into action
Committed to continual learning
Organized with good follow-through
Strong verbal and written communication
