Responsibilities
Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, instance health, scheduled jobs, access governance and license management
Configuration & Customization: Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications to meet business requirements
Security & Compliance: Ensure platform configurations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and internal cybersecurity policies
Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline business processes
Integration Management: Support integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) using APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs
Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Administrator
ServiceNow License Management (ability to evaluate all ServiceNow licenses across the platform)
ServiceNow Administration
Managing ServiceNow platform health, monitoring and maintenance best practices
