Responsibilities

Conduct written discovery and manage document production
Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefing
Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Assist in trial and arbitration proceedings
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy
