They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resin Flooring Installation Night Manager to oversee installation projects, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage resin flooring installation projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations
Lead and supervise overnight installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed
Conduct quality control inspections on completed flooring installations to ensure standards are met
Provide training and mentorship to installation staff to develop their skills and efficiency
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years' experience in resin flooring installation and project management in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of resin flooring materials (including but not limited to Epoxy, Polyurethane & MMA), installation techniques, and safety protocols
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects effectively
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required
Potentially be willing to travel out of town for some projects
50-55 hours working weeks
Be willing to work night shifts
Able to lift a minimum of 50 Lb and be physically able
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations
OSHA 10 Compliant (OSHA 30 would be advantageous)
