Responsibilities
Manage and maintain network inventory, including physical shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment
Enter and update asset information accurately within ServiceNow
Support cleanup efforts following network refreshes or equipment installations in network closets
Assist with basic installation, maintenance, and support of local and wide area network infrastructure
Help ensure reliable, secure, high‑performance data, voice, and video communications across the environment
Follow established cabling, labeling, and physical infrastructure standards
Operate a company vehicle as needed (valid driver’s license required)
Qualification
Required
Manage and maintain network inventory, including physical shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment
Enter and update asset information accurately within ServiceNow
Support cleanup efforts following network refreshes or equipment installations in network closets
Assist with basic installation, maintenance, and support of local and wide area network infrastructure
Help ensure reliable, secure, high‑performance data, voice, and video communications across the environment
Follow established cabling, labeling, and physical infrastructure standards
Operate a company vehicle as needed (valid driver's license required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
Experience entering and managing data in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Comfort working in network closets and assisting with post‑installation cleanup
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast‑moving team
Basic understanding of switching, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, and physical cabling standards/practices
Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware/software configuration
Ability to follow technical procedures and assist with troubleshooting under guidance
Preferred
Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies
Exposure to enterprise networking environments or IT infrastructure teams
