Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage and litigate cases from pleadings through trial, post-merits motions, and collections
Legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Handle discovery, including drafting requests, reviewing responses, and organizing document productions
Attend court appearances, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
Support senior attorneys on case strategy, negotiations, and at trial
Maintain organized files and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate, direct, and support staff
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar License in good standing
0–4 years of experience in litigation or related practice areas
Preferred
Spanish speaking
Prior experience in a California law firm, practicing elder abuse, personal injury, probate litigation, or consumer protection
Familiarity with Clio, Westlaw a plus, but not required
