CPA Office Support Staff
The Wealth Training Academy is dedicated to helping clients optimize their financial management. They are seeking a QuickBooks Desktop Coordinator to assist with bookkeeping and payroll coordination, ensuring workflows are efficient and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination of our bookkeeping + payroll team
Keep deadlines tight, workflows clean, and nothing falling through the cracks
Communicate with clients by phone and email (confident, clear, professional)
Work inside QuickBooks Desktop and support bookkeeping organization
Gather and organize tax-related items so the CPA team can move fast and accurately
Use tools like Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams) plus Thomson Reuters and Drake
Use AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency
Qualification
Required
QuickBooks Desktop experience is REQUIRED to be considered
Hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience (required)
1–2 years in office admin/accounting support/client coordination
Strong phone communication and professional presence
Excellent organization + task management
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams)
Comfortable learning new systems + using AI to boost productivity
Preferred
CPA firm experience
Thomson Reuters and/or Drake familiarity
Experience coordinating outsourced bookkeeping/payroll vendors
