Responsibilities
Lead the engineering, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data protection technologies
Independently manage solutions across encryption, secure data transmission, PKI, key and certificate management, tokenization, data discovery, and related cryptographic services
Build, configure, and troubleshoot complex data protection systems
Perform root cause analysis and deliver performance improvements
Maintain high-quality engineering documentation
Contribute to technology evaluation, governance, metrics reporting, and Agile-driven project work
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in cryptography
Expertise in PKI
Knowledge of secure network protocols
Experience with data protection tools (e.g., Venafi, ADCS, HashiCorp, Keyfactor)
Strong IT infrastructure knowledge
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Knowledge of secure transmission (SSL/TLS, X.509)
Familiarity with cybersecurity disciplines such as DLP, IAM, threat management, and vulnerability management
Preferred
Hands-on technical leadership experience
Experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting complex data protection systems
Experience performing root cause analysis
Experience delivering performance improvements
Experience maintaining high-quality engineering documentation
Experience contributing to technology evaluation, governance, metrics reporting, and Agile-driven project work
