Stretch Zone is a company focused on improving client mobility and performance through practitioner-assisted stretching methods. They are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to support studio operations and provide excellent client service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and prospects, both in-person and by phone
Perform Intake Screening for all clients and membership sign-up
Monitor client sessions to ensure appointments run on time
Coordinate and/or attend Community Events and Local BSB Events to help promote Stretchzone
Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-up communications
Promote client renewals and support new client acquisition through phone and text outreach to warm leads
Assist with studio upkeep and cleanliness
Collaborate with stretch practitioners and management to provide outstanding client experiences
