The role involves leading both the Back of the House and Front of the House, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining inventory, and supporting the team to create a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present
Count Inventory
Do deposits and count the drawers
Have all positions cleaned and closed down
Make sure the stand is locked and safe
Supporting the team and jumping in where needed, creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back
Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
Qualification
Required
Managers serve safe (we can provide for you if needed)
1 year of restaurant experience
Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others
Ability to lift 35-50lbs
Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product
