Responsibilities
Collaborate with customer executives and operators to define AI strategy and transformation roadmaps
Identify high-value AI use cases that link ambition to measurable business outcomes
Rapidly build, deploy, and iterate AI solutions in real-world environments
Evolve and enhance core product features based on client engagement learnings
Qualification
Required
0-6+ years in AI-focused software engineering
Background at well-known, high-growth startups (building 0 to 1)
Proven history of building and deploying production LLM-powered systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Top 20 University
Understanding with LLM tooling (LangGraph, Mastra, Agents SDK); strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, cloud deployment, and DevOps tools
Strong customer-facing experience; comfortable delivering customized coding solutions for clients
Open to US citizens, Green Card Holders & TN visa holders only
Preferred
Experience in leadership or mentoring roles while remaining hands-on, is a plus
