Create a breakdown of our nonprofit’s internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats
Examine how natural disasters, health crises, political upheaval, etc. could impact our programs, fundraising ability, or reliance on in-person volunteers

Ability to complete a comprehensive SWOT analysis
Research industry trends
Study feedback from nonprofit's stakeholders
Create a breakdown of nonprofit's internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats
Examine how natural disasters, health crises, political upheaval, etc. could impact programs, fundraising ability, or reliance on in-person volunteers
Commit to a minimum of 4+ hours per week
Include a LinkedIn link in the application profile
Availability for a weekly 30-minute meeting on Mondays to Wednesdays between 12 PM and 4:30 PM Eastern Time
