Navy Program Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide program support to the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Acquisition Program Manager (APM) and LCAC Transition & Execution Manager for the LCAC and LCAC Extended Service Life Extension Program (E-SLEP) programs
Perform as the LCAC and E-SLEP Correspondence Coordinator, managing the IDE workflow for approval of LCAC and E-SLEP correspondence
Support the Task Lead in developing and distributing weekly deliverables to the customer
Assist LCAC Team Lead with updating and maintaining program processes
Organize and maintain Program tracking files/tools on the Integrated Data Environment (IDE) database
Coordinate with On-Site Representatives (OSRs) on craft availability status and report the status to the Program office in weekly metrics and deliverables
Provide timely, high quality, and efficient responses for all urgent LCAC tasking
Be able to work both in a team environment and independently, and often under short-notice deadlines
Use critical thinking skills, as well as customer and organizational level communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with the DoD. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for 4 years of relevant work experience
Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance post-employment
Strong critical thinking skills, as well as customer and organizational level communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are essential to being successful in this role
Strong command and recent use of Microsoft Office suite programs especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are required
The ability to work both in a team environment and independently, and often under short-notice deadline
10% travel required

Preferred

Knowledge of DoD Programs, specifically Navy programs is strongly preferred
