Responsibilities
Help deploy, manage, and monitor client infrastructure and internal tools
Work closely with the Operations Lead to implement infrastructure-as-code changes
Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and contribute to maintaining 24/7 uptime
Use a ticketing system (like Jira) to manage issues and keep task statuses up to date
Spot issues in processes or documentation — and help make them better
Participate in shift work
Qualification
Required
Some experience in a technical support or service desk role
Familiar with ticketing platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
A proactive, process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Clear and confident English communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, or infrastructure monitoring tools
AWS services like EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, or CloudFormation
DevOps, cybersecurity, or log monitoring tools like Sumo Logic or Splunk
Cloud threat monitoring platforms like GuardDuty or Alert Logic
