Responsibilities
Installing and configuring software and hardware
Supporting Microsoft 365, John Deere applications, and third-party platforms
Maintaining computers, printers, and network connectivity
Managing mobile device setup, configuration, and monitoring
Assisting with computer inventory management
Supporting Windows, antivirus, and system updates
Providing Helpdesk support to employees across all locations
Participating in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
Staying current on emerging technology and data security trends
Following all safety policies and company procedures
Completing additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
Ability to work in various environments
Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
