Home Health Account Executive/Community Sales Liaison
Preferred Care Home Health is dedicated to providing quality home health services, and they are seeking a Home Health Account Executive/Community Sales Liaison. This role involves initiating and maintaining healthcare contacts, serving as a liaison between patients and agency staff, and making marketing presentations to educate clients on agency services.

Responsibilities
Initiate and maintain healthcare contacts within the assigned territory. Maintain contact with hospitals, physicians, physician’s staff, discharge planners, social workers
Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians and agency staff to ensure that the patient’s needs are being met
Pre-screen patients from physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities and assisted living facilities for home health needs, eligibility and status, when referral is concurrent with discharge
Make marketing presentations to current and prospective clients to educate them on the agency’s services
Deliver orders to physician’s offices for signature and ensure timely return of the orders
Communicate with each referral source to ensure that the expectations of the referral sources and the needs of the patient are being met
Provide timely, accurate completion of reports, worksheets, and information as requested by the Administrator/designee
Participate in company-sponsored programs and meetings and maintain a networking base in the community through trade associations, business organizations and local association meetings
Maintain knowledge of the agency’s policies and procedures and Medicare regulations that are applicable to home health care
Able to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Qualification

Preferred
2+ years of sales experience in home care and/or health-related field preferred
