Responsibilities
Develop, Lead and Own the Integration Function: Pre-Planning & Assessment, Integration Due Diligence, Communication Matrix Development, Integration Team Plan, Execution, End State / Wrap-Up and Post-Close Model Implementation
Drive Integrations, collaborate among cross-functional teams to orchestrate impactful integration planning and execution
Monitor Post-Integration Performance, collaborate with finance and training to conduct post-integration performance assessments
Partner on Due Diligence, support the due diligence research and analysis and obtain sufficient understanding of the practice to collaborate on the integration plan
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel in the Midwest region
Extensive education and experience in general business and organizational operations
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree preferred
Previous Optometry/Ophthalmology experience or similar preferred
