Customer Support Specialist
Nexxaworks is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for valued customers, providing exceptional service and support while troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot issues effectively
Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system
Guide customers through the purchasing process, helping resolve any difficulties they may encounter
Identify trends in customer queries and feedback to improve service delivery
Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams when necessary to resolve complex issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism and empathy
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
