Nexxaworks is a marketing firm that focuses on creativity, strategy, and innovation. They are seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to manage day-to-day office operations and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Data entry and database management
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
