Education
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the establishment and delivery of large-scale, international, multi-centre clinical trials
Provide senior-level advice on trial design, governance, ethics, data management and reporting
Drive trial start-up activities across Australian and New Zealand hospital sites
Support and mentor research coordinators and site staff, fostering excellence in trial delivery
Partner with academic leaders to strengthen clinical trial capability and network growth
Contribute to strategic development of the ANZCA Clinical Trials Network
Deliver high-quality reporting, data analysis and stakeholder engagement across complex programs
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in coordinating or managing multi-centre randomised controlled clinical trials
Strong knowledge of clinical research governance, ethics and Good Clinical Practice
Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide research teams
Strong data management, analysis and reporting capability
Postgraduate qualifications or an equivalent combination of advanced experience and training
