Responsibilities
Assisting clients with estate planning
Drafting comprehensive Wills to meet individual needs
Advising clients on the benefits of the Legacy Protection Plan™
Working with beneficiaries
Managing estate administration processes
Ensuring that communication is clear and consistent
Collaborating with Relationship Managers and Administrators to provide a seamless and compassionate service to clients and their families
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years' experience in independently managing a portfolio of Estates within a professional environment (proven ability in estate planning, drafting Last Wills and Testaments, and understanding estate administration processes)
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple estates and related tasks within set deadlines
Proficient communication and advisory skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and beneficiaries
Knowledge of financial services, legal compliance, and administrative standards in estate management
Willingness to work on-site in Johannesburg and collaborate with internal teams
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field, with prior experience in estate administration being a strong advantage
