Vice President - Dealer Channel (West & Midwest)
DMC Recruitment Group is seeking a Vice President - Dealer Channel to lead its West & Midwest regions within a major North American building products organization. This role involves full P&L ownership, leading a national sales organization, and designing growth strategies to drive performance through dealer and distributor channels.

Responsibilities
Full P&L ownership across a multi-region business unit
Leading and developing a national sales organization
Building and executing channel growth strategy
Creating innovative dealer and distributor programs that genuinely move share
Driving pull-through with single-family and multi-family builders
Translating strategy into field-level execution and behavior change
Maximizing performance through leadership, structure, talent development and top-grading
Partnering effectively with independent sales agencies
Acting as a senior commercial presence with key regional and national customers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading large, multi-region sales organizations
Deep, practical understanding of the dealer and distributor channel
Strong exposure to single-family and multi-family builder ecosystems
Evidence of growing the channel through creative strategies and programs
Experience running large P&L responsibility
Confidence working with and through sales agencies
A leadership style grounded in authenticity, accountability, and cultural credibility
