They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales/Account Manager to support inside sales client inquiries, recommend products, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Response to sales inquiries from both phone calls and e-mails
Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products. and solutions. Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock
Coordinate Project Registration process and demo cameras with sales Reps
Work with RMA Dept. to make sure Return Merchandise Authorizations are being processed correctly and on time for clients
Operate as the inside support for regional sales managers on all matters related to accounts within your territory. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify and grow opportunities with accounts under your management
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
B.A./B.S. degree in Business or related areas required
Experience in related will be valued
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Meticulous and punctual
Great organizational skills
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Ideal candidate should demonstrate positive and eager attitude toward sales development and would like to pursue a career in this field
