Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions within Investment Banking functions such as research, client intelligence, deal origination, or compliance
Define, prioritize, and refine product backlogs aligned with business goals and technical feasibility
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to define clear product requirements
Identify and evaluate Gen AI use cases (e.g., automating report generation, intelligent document search, summarization, chatbot assistants)
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product solutions address real business pain points and regulatory requirements
Monitor performance of Gen AI models and iterate on product features based on feedback and analytics
Champion agile best practices and participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within Investment Banking or Capital Markets
Strong understanding of front-office and/or middle-office investment banking workflows
Demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, NLP, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and data visualization platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML model deployment, prompt engineering, or AI governance
Previous experience with innovation or digital transformation programs in financial institutions
Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
