Responsibilities
Provide ServiceNow scoped application containing catalog items for use cases mentioned below, and CI/CD pipelines which will orchestrate the fulfillment phase for the relevant ServiceNow catalog items
Create ServiceNow Scoped App with Flow(s) to integrate with CI/CD Engine for fulfilment phase(s)
Create 2 (two) Catalog Items / tiles within Scoped Application:
Request a VM, with options for "T-Shirt " sizes, flavor, etc. (includes decommissioning VMs)
Power Management for VMs or Snapshot functionality - to be prioritized by the customer
Transfer knowledge to End User for future maintenance of ServiceNow scoped application
Qualification
Required
Experience with ServiceNow scoped applications
Ability to create ServiceNow Catalog Items
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of VM management including decommissioning
Ability to transfer knowledge to end users
