Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and program effectiveness
Design and implement dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions
Work with cross-functional teams to identify insights that improve the customer journey
Track KPIs related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales performance
Conduct cohort analysis and segmentation to optimize targeting and messaging
Provide actionable recommendations for improving client acquisition, retention, and engagement
Attend weekly training and development sessions to enhance industry knowledge
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, or similar tools
Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads reporting)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical teams
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Passion for personal development, leadership, and helping others grow
Preferred
3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
